Shipping policy
At JAM Custom Creations, all custom-decorated apparel orders are processed within 3–5 business days, but processing can extend to 6–10 business days after final design approval (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, although actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST Monday–Thursday are considered received the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday and anytime Saturday–Sunday are also processed starting the next business day.
Bulk or group orders may require additional time depending on the size and customization requested.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to produce your order.
Shipping time begins once your item is handed over to the carrier and is based on the carrier's delivery timeframe.
Shipping labels may be printed early due to order volume. You'll receive an email with delivery confirmation once your item(s) has shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order with the correct information.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once packages are transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, ownership transfers to the buyer. JAM Custom Creations is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping is a service purchased through the carrier, and any delivery issues must be resolved directly with them. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added protection.
In cases where a replacement is approved, items will be reprinted at a discounted rate, but will only be shipped after the replacement fee has been paid.
