JAM Custom Creations Return & Refund Policy
At JAM Custom Creations, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products to our valued customers. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have established the following return and refund policy:
1. Custom and Digital Products
All sales of custom-made and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
2. Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Provide clear photographs or videos of the issue to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.
3. Replacements
We offer a 10-day replacement policy for eligible items. Replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement fee may apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Replacements are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Refunds for Non-Custom Items
For non-custom, non-digital products, refunds may be issued after we assess the returned item. If approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. For items requiring a mock-up, cancellations must be made before the mock-up is presented. Design fees, if paid, are non-refundable.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” we will notify you by email. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
